Job Advert: Freelance Online Instructor (Self-Employed)

Are you a passionate Yachtsperson with a knack for teaching? Do you dream of working from anywhere and enjoying the freedom of flexible hours? Ardent Training is expanding its dynamic team and is looking for two freelance instructors to assist in delivering its premium quality training.

Ardent Training specialises in delivering the highest quality RYA theory courses with the aim to improve the knowledge and skillsets of every person on the water, keeping them safer and having more fun. We’re looking for someone to join our world-leading team to help reach this goal. 

What We Offer:

• Flexible Hours: Start with 10 hours a week in May/June and increase to 20 hours by August.
• Compensation: £20/hour with annual wage increases as standard.
• Remote Work: Work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection, with the flexibility to fit in yacht/boat trips.
• Supportive Team: Join a close-knit team dedicated to continuous learning and collaborative success.
• Future Opportunities: Initially, you’ll help support students on our existing courses, but there is likely to be opportunities to contribute to other projects in the future.
• Extra Skills Welcome: We’re interested in talents beyond navigation – if you have additional digital, marketing, or creative skills, we’d love to hear about them!
